It was a virtual interview that lasted about 15 minutes. The interviewer was nice and patient, explaining what to expect. It was a relaxed conversation and on time. It was good to have an updated resume and have studied the material.

I interviewed here a couple of years back and was really impressed by how organized and supportive everything was. The recruiters kept me in the loop, so I always knew what to expect and felt ready. Each chat felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, with good questions that showed they really wanted to know my background and how I could fit in. The interviewers were nice, professional, and gave good details about the company vibe and what they expected for the job. They also let me ask questions, which made me feel valued. It was a respectful and interesting experience that left a good impression.

I applied and the next day a recruiter called me. She told me about two positions and I asked about the salary for both. She told me to email her my interest in one of the positions so she could submit my info to the hiring manager. I did that and the next day I was called in for an in-person interview with the Manager. The manager was very friendly. I asked about salary again at the end and found out the recruiter had given me the wrong info, the salary was 10k less than what she said. The manager said the next step was to shadow next week and to email her with any questions. I emailed her with questions over the weekend but never heard back about my questions or the shadowing. I didn't even get a rejection email.

I was recruited by a CSI recruiter for an IT Project Manager role at a large NYC metro area healthcare group. The interview seemed to go well initially, as I addressed the hiring manager's key concerns and he appeared impressed. However, the situation changed when I inquired about managing a new hospital construction project and the work location in Brooklyn, as stated by CSI. The hiring manager seemed confused, clarified they don't handle new construction and weren't building new hospitals, and that the work location was flexible across the city and beyond, not a fixed Brooklyn site. These discrepancies, stemming from what appears to be a bogus job description provided by CSI, undermined my credibility and ended the opportunity.
