It was a 2-round interview process. The first round was with the team I would be working with, and the second round was with the hiring manager. They asked about my experience and some behavior questions. It was very interactive and didn't feel like an interview.

They utilize legacy systems (highly stable) with data stored on Mainframes, and build application layers on top. The organization seems resistant to technological advancements and changes in people and processes. The office space had impressive interiors.
