Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CSG.
Manager
It was a 2-round interview process. The first round was with the team I would be working with, and the second round was with the hiring manager. They asked about my experience and some behavior questions. It was very interactive and didn't feel like an interview.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
- Can you walk me through your resume?
Manager
The process was smooth, and the questions were directly relevant to the job. The interviewers were very professional and created a comfortable environment during the discussion. We had a good conversation.
- In situations with simultaneous requests from multiple stakeholders or clients, how would you prioritize your tasks?
Development Manager
The interview process consisted of 2 rounds of discussion in Aug-Sep, lasting close to 2 hours. The company did not provide any updates on selection status, despite multiple follow-ups. They utilize legacy systems (highly stable) with data stored on Mainframes, and build application layers on top. The organization seems resistant to technological advancements and changes in people and processes. The office space had impressive interiors.
- Tell me about your leadership experience.
