Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CSG.
Intern
It was a very professional and welcoming interview process. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There were several interview rounds, and they were flexible with scheduling as long as I had a good reason for needing to reschedule.
- Could you list the SOLID design principles?
Intern
The interviewer was nice, and they asked basic behavioral questions about your experience and personality. They also want you to talk more about specific points on your resume. It seems like they really want you to talk a lot and show you're interested in the company/role. If you can do that, you should be good.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about your previous experiences?
- Can you expand on some of the details mentioned in your resume?
Intern
There was a coding test for about an hour with online coding questions. You could pick your programming language from a list like C, C++, C#, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, etc. Then, there was a behavioural interview and a technical interview with 9 questions total, mixing both types.
- Can you share an instance where you led a group project?
