It was a tough technical interview, after that the rest of the process was just a formality. The interviewer was professional and only asked about things listed on my CV. They went deep into every related term, process, and concept I mentioned in my answers.

It was a phone interview with the recruiter, then a bunch of in-person chats with the team. They felt more like conversations than interviews, mostly asking about my resume and some behavioral stuff. It was a typical process, but since it's a small team, I ended up meeting almost everyone. The culture seemed really energetic and laid-back. But, they told me they hired someone else, and then I heard from an insider that no one was actually hired. Kind of weird.

Technical Behavioral

It was a fast interview process. The first part was a phone call where we talked about my past work, some telecom basics, and a bit about SQL and UNIX commands. The second part was good and focused on core telecom concepts, plus SQL and UNIX. Then I had an interview with the resource manager. The last step was an HR interview, which wasn't really that important.

  • Can you discuss your telecom-related knowledge?
  • Did you cover any telecom topics?
