Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crystal & Company.
Senior Account Executive
It was a long interview process that took several months. Not bad, just long. They asked questions conversationally, not from a script. One call was on the phone and two were in person off-site. No pressure, very pleasant experience!
- Tell me about how you handle managing client expectations.
Account Executive
I first sent in my resume and got a call back from HR to schedule a time to meet with the management team. When I got there, I met with each manager on the team in one-on-one interviews all in the same day. There wasn't any role-playing, just standard interview questions. After that, they had me come back for a shadowing day before they made me an offer.
- What are some typical interview questions you were asked?
Account Executive
The whole thing took over 3 months. I talked to 7 different people in total over that time. It felt like they just kept interviewing me again and again with different folks. Some chats were at Starbucks, others were at the office. There were also 2 phone calls. Honestly, it would have been way quicker if they had all interviewed me at once!
