I first sent in my resume and got a call back from HR to schedule a time to meet with the management team. When I got there, I met with each manager on the team in one-on-one interviews all in the same day. There wasn't any role-playing, just standard interview questions. After that, they had me come back for a shadowing day before they made me an offer.

A recruiter reached out for an interview. There was a scheduling mix-up, and I was sent home and asked to return the following Monday, with no apology. When I came back for the rescheduled interview, it went well. I was told a decision would be made by the end of that week before the interviewer went on vacation. After that, there were over two weeks of no response to emails or calls. I never found out the final decision, but it clearly wasn't me.

I interviewed with two account managers and then the director. It was a pretty challenging interview process. They asked me a bunch of questions about my personality and also tested my knowledge about insurance. They also asked about the software I've used before.
