The interview process was pretty chill and enjoyable. I chatted with the shop manager, and it all went down right there in the bake shop. It was a bit noisy with customers and other staff around, which made it a little hard to focus sometimes.

I was in a group interview at a public space. It felt formal but also casual and comfortable. The interviewer was really nice, friendly, and super excited about us opening the new location. It was quick and fast. First, there was a group interview where you had to be fun and energetic. Then, a second interview with the district manager in charge of the area that you wanted to work in. The interview with the DM was a bit hectic as she was taking calls and fixing a laptop at the same time.
