Marketing Executive
The process was good. It mainly involved understanding the role and its requirements. It's always a good idea to ask questions back to see if you're a good fit for the role. Typically, it starts with a video call and then moves to an in-person interview.

Marketing Executive
The interview process involved a phone screen, followed by a second phone screen. Then, there was a first interview with HR and the reporting manager. After that, a gamification quiz was administered. Finally, a second interview took place with HR, the reporting manager, and the head of the department. The whole process took about 2 months because of COVID.

It was a straightforward virtual video interview process because of COVID. They asked a lot of questions, some tough, but as expected. The process was simple and well-organized from the initial phone call to set up the interview.
