Head Office
Had a phone interview and then was progressed to an in person interview with the Talent acquisition manager. Interview was pleasant however it had been months and I haven’t yet to hear back about my outcome. I have followed up with the hiring manager multiple times calling and texting and she has not responded back. Very disappointing interview process and I can see from reviews that this is not an isolated event.

Applied online through the Crown website, then completed a food and beverage online assessment. Next, I had a general phone interview where they asked about my experience. Finally, there was an in-person interview where all the questions were asked.

Food and Beverage Attendant
It was a group interview. We started with a presentation that covered the job details, benefits, and what's needed. After that, there were one-on-one interviews happening at the same time in the same room. They'd call your name, and you'd go to a table to talk about your experience and if you're a good fit. They also asked me to name some types of white and dark liquor. Before we left, they asked for copies of our ID. The vibe was pretty relaxed.

First, they look at your resume to see if you have the basics. If they like it, you'll chat with someone on the phone, maybe the recruiter or hiring manager, about your background and why you want this job. Then, there might be a test to see if you know your stuff. After that, you'll probably meet with the team you'd be working with, and they'll ask you questions about how you handle things, like tricky customers or working with others. They might also call your references to check your history. If everything looks good, they'll make you an offer and you can talk about the pay and benefits.
- Do you have experience serving alcohol
