I was taken to a conference room and had to complete a written test and some background check forms while I waited for someone to interview me. The person I was supposed to meet didn't show up, so two other employees took their place. The interview actually began about 45 minutes late. I wasn't told about the test or paperwork when I scheduled the interview, which was a little annoying but mostly a matter of principle since other companies usually give you a heads-up. Most interviews are under 30 minutes, but you usually set aside an hour; I ended up being there for over 2 hours. The interviewers were nice and easy to talk to. They offered me a tour of the facility. Glassdoor's salary estimate is higher than what they told me to expect. They also provided an extensive list of tools that are recommended and suggested.

The interview process was great and helped me move forward in my career. Preparing beforehand was beneficial. I arrived 20 minutes early, dressed professionally. A hiring manager gave me a tour of the shop, we completed some paperwork, and continued our conversation. It was a good day and a solid interview. It's advisable to research the company before interviewing.
