The process was great and very thorough, and I felt well received. All the important people were there and engaged. They were honest about what they needed and expected. Even though I didn't get the job, I appreciated their kindness and consideration.

I first had a telephone interview when Covid first began. I kept in touch multiple times with the hiring manager. I was called at the beginning of September for an interview. I interviewed with 2 people who seemed so happy with me that they had me stay an additional 45 minutes to do some testing. I did it, though I know I stress test, which means I probably didn't do the greatest on the test. I spent 2.5 hours total with them. I followed up with thank you emails as soon as I arrived home and then dropped each person a thank you card in the mail. I was advised they would make a decision within a week. I waited, then I followed up with an email to see if they had made a decision. After all the communication I had with the hiring manager, 3 weeks later, they still have not had the decency to respond. I can handle 'we decided to go with someone else,' but nope, complete ignore.

It took about 2 months from start to finish. First, there was a first round interview. Then, a 2nd round panel interview. The 3rd round involved a long series of questions and a test. Finally, a 4th round was the final interview. This whole process was drug out and required an extensive background check.
