I've been trying to get into Crown for about 10 years and have only heard back twice. Both times, the experience was great, but the job got canceled right before the end. Their hiring portal is really bad, and you never get a response. It's surprising for a company their size that they haven't updated their systems. It's a bummer because they seem to treat their employees well.

It was an easy interview process. Started with a call from the recruiter, then a Teams call with the hiring manager. They asked the usual questions like tell me about yourself and your skill sets. Nothing too surprising, though I was a bit surprised not to get any STAR questions.

The interview process was pretty standard. I started with a recruiter call via phone. Then, I had a chat with the direct hiring manager. The final round was a panel interview. The interviewers were super knowledgeable and answered all my questions, creating a great atmosphere. They gave me a clear picture of the job responsibilities, the reason for the opening, and what they expected from me.
