Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crown Castle.
Financial Analyst
This interview was pretty fair. If you know your stuff, you'll do great. Having a good understanding of the financial industry is key, and connections can definitely help you get the job.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Financial Analyst
The interview process might be different now but the company is always changing, so interviews can get delayed. I got a call for a phone screen about two to three months after applying. The recruiter was really nice and explained the delay and company culture, and interviewed me to check my communication skills. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager, and a third interview with the finance team. It's typical to be interviewed by team members. Luckily, the questions focused on my resume and graduate school because I had just finished my MBA. They weren't too tricky, and I had prepared for common FA interview questions.
- What is your understanding of our company?
Financial Analyst
It was a really long interview process. I had a bunch of phone interviews, then an in-person interview where I had to present a case study for a fake company. They also asked me a lot of technical and finance-specific questions.
- What motivates your interest in this role?
- How do your qualifications align with the job requirements?
- Can you elaborate on your technical expertise in finance?
