The Operations Manager, Mr. Jimmy Lafontaine, initially reached out to me. Then, I had one interview at the Crown Castle of PR offices with Mr. Alejandro Quinones, the General Manager, and Mr. Lafontaine. They were both really nice, and the interview wasn't too tough. I had to answer questions about my general construction knowledge, how I inspect construction activities, and my experience with structural steel and concrete. The whole thing took a bit over 30 minutes.
