Case

Applied online and a recruiter reached out a few weeks later. Had three phone interviews. The hiring manager wanted to do an in-person interview within two weeks. This part was bad though. They rescheduled me multiple times because they were still creating a case study for me. After rescheduling three times, we finally set a date. About 4-5 days before the final interview, I tried to get the case study materials but didn't hear back. On the interview day, I was finally able to contact a recruiter who said the case study wasn't ready and they would call to reschedule. At that point, I said thanks but no thanks. I found the whole process really unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Behavioral Case

The interviews felt really one-sided and honestly pretty dull. Each one was a full 45 minutes and was packed with only behavioral questions that didn't seem to have much to do with the actual job. It's frustrating when hiring managers seem to waste candidates' time like this. To make things even worse, they also threw in a case study that basically repeated the same questions I was asked in the first interview with the hiring manager. Such a complete waste of my time! My guess is they probably already have someone in mind or are looking for an employee referral. This employer, which I don't rate highly, has relisted the job again. You should be careful if you decide to move forward.

Behavioral

A contractor reached out, and the contracting company set up an interview with potential direct supervisors. It was a situational interview, focusing more on a positive, team-oriented personality, as they believe skills can be taught but personality can't. The interview felt informal and relaxed, with the managers being friendly and happy to answer any questions about the job or the company.
