First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crowley.
Intern
The recruiter was really nice and tried to give me every opportunity possible. The interview process wasn't intimidating and felt very welcoming. It did take about a month for them to call me for the first phone interview, but after that, the in-person interview came pretty quickly.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a boss you didn't like and explain why you didn't like them.
Intern
The interview process started with a phone interview, followed by a second interview. The phone interview was pretty basic, and the second one was more of a chat about my interests in the role. They also gave me a take-home test to check my Microsoft Office skills, which I think was just a formality for HR since my computer froze and I didn't do great on it.
- Can you tell me about any courses you've taken that are relevant to this role?
Intern
It was a fine interview. Nothing difficult- just behavioral questions. I was nervous in the beginning but then I calmed down. I should have sent a thank you email after but I forgot.
- What's your favorite class?
