Behavioral Technical Other

So I was a housekeeper, floor tech, and utility tech. I let my bosses know I wanted to be a manager and applied. It took a while. I had two interviews with really tough managers that my boss trusted for my interview. They grilled me with a lot of scenario questions. But I knew the process inside out, so I wasn't worried and sailed through it. You do a couple of computer tests that check your character. Nothing major. Then you just wait. No drug test or anything. Just waited for the offer letter and within a month of applying, I was an Operations Manager. When they hire you, they send you for about 2 weeks of training at another account to learn the Standard Policies and Procedures.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Be ready to interview with the Regional Manager; he is tough but very smart.
