I went through an initial interview that was done by AI. The questions were pretty basic and direct, asking why I thought I'd be a good fit, if I could describe a time I worked well under pressure, and about my strengths and weaknesses. I haven't heard back from them since that first interview.

So I had an in-person interview onsite with the hiring manager and another person from HR. After that, I had a final interview over Teams with the VP and another Director. It's been a few weeks and I haven't heard anything back, even after trying to call and email them. Then I randomly got a basic email saying they decided not to move forward, which was pretty unprofessional.

Got a call from a talent coordinator to set up an interview. Then I had an interview with a supervisor and someone from what I think was corporate leadership, who wasn't usually on site. It was a pretty basic interview, didn't really change how I felt about the company. They seemed a bit tired from dealing with the constant chaos of a level 1 trauma center.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Could you explain your approach to prioritizing tasks, including both scheduled maintenance and corrective work orders, and how you decide which one takes precedence?

Behavioral Case

The recruiter was the first point of contact, giving me a good overview of the patient experience and role. Next, I spoke with the regional director, who made the interview feel comfortable and engaging, clarifying the role and next steps. Finally, I met with the unit directors, who provided a detailed look at the position's responsibilities and made me feel like a potential fit for the team.
