The interview process was all over the place. The interviewer seemed really checked out, and they had to reschedule multiple times. It felt like they didn't really know what they were looking for. At first, that might sound good, but it actually made me feel weird. If a company isn't sure what they want, how can you be sure you're a good fit?

The whole thing took about two months. I sent in my app and about 3 weeks later I got a call for a phone interview with a staff person. A few weeks after that I had another interview with the principle. The first interview, the staff person seemed like they weren't ready for the questions. The second phone interview with the head of the company was rescheduled 3 times; the first 2 times he ghosted and didn't say why. When they finally offered me the job, they got my name wrong in the offer letter. It would've been nice to have some basic courtesy when they were scheduling the second interview!

This was a pretty standard interview, nothing too out of the ordinary. The interviewer was nice and knowledgeable. I didn't really know much about the Field Organizer position before this, so I realized this job probably wouldn't be ideal for me anyway.

You need to submit your resume, a cover letter, and three references. Then you'll have an interview with a staff member, followed by another interview with the CEO. The staff member's interview questions are pretty standard and usually lasts about 30 minutes. The CEO interview is more of a chat, and it goes on as long as it's interesting and productive.
