Had two interviews and a driving record background check, then I was hired. You need merchandising and some sales experience. They ask detailed questions, so be ready. A good driving record is a must. Any DUIs mean you won't be hired. They don't pay much for all the work they expect.

It was a simple phone interview, basically an introduction. It felt like recruiting had already decided to hire me as I was meeting a supervisor. It wasn't tough at all. I liked the company. Some teams let you do overtime.

First, there's a phone interview with HR. If you pass that, you'll have another phone interview with the Field Supervisor for your area. They seem to really know what kind of personalities they're looking for and can figure out pretty quickly if you're a good fit. I think they do this by looking at how enthusiastic you are and how you interact. If you can sell yourself over the phone and have some previous retail experience, you're basically hired.
