Behavioral Other

They made me do drug testing, a background check, and prove I was a citizen. There were also online courses to complete. Some of the other employees were telling management to be mean, bossy, and cruel. Management then moved to other states. They totally take advantage of employees, and there are no incentives to stay. They even take money from employees making less than minimum wage. No one ever gets compliments, and management takes credit for the work employees do. The only good thing is that management is around you, criticizing EVERYTHING. At SOME locations, they do find ways though.

Behavioral

Online application with Crossmark. Had to do a background check and drug screen, which took about 3 days for results. The interview itself was a phone call, and it mostly focused on my ability to show off products, deal with any objections that came up, and generally interact well with people. It was pretty quick and not too hard.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online and got a call about a week later to schedule an in-person interview. The interview itself was pretty straightforward. They asked basic stuff, like about the dress code and if I'd follow procedures. Then they asked interview questions, including to talk about a time I had to multitask or finish a task under a tight deadline, and to sell a product (like a pen) to the interviewer. They seem to want to gauge my ability to engage with customers, market products, and sell.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • You might be asked to sell a random item to the interviewer, which can be tough if you're unprepared.
  • It's challenging to craft a good sales pitch on the spot for an unknown item.
