Had four consecutive chats with different people. Each chat was a pleasant conversation lasting about 45-50 minutes. Afterwards, an offer was extended. The conversations didn't involve tough questions, just questions about my interests and also an explanation of the group from their side.

After a phone call to get to know each other, I was invited to Münster for an interview. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. All questions were fair and showed they were interested in me as a person. First, there was an introduction to the company, then my presentation, and finally a discussion about what my job would look like. No trick questions were asked.

Na contact via LinkedIn had ik een positief telefoongesprek. Daarna volgden er twee gesprekken op locatie om de functie verder te bespreken en mijn looneisen te bespreken. Tijdens deze gesprekken werd ik steeds hartelijk ontvangen en correct behandeld met respect en een positieve sfeer. De sfeer was erg gemoedelijk. Een sollicitatie in kostuum is hier zeker geen must, business casual is meer gepast.
