I walked into the office and saw a lot of people waiting for interviews. After checking in with the receptionist and filling out a form, I was called for my interview about 20 minutes later. It was a 20-minute interview focused on leadership qualities and a quick chat about what the company does and its clients. This was the first round, and I got a call for a second round a few days later, which hasn't happened yet.

I went to their office and saw a bunch of people waiting for interviews. This place seems to interview everyone. I met with the CEO, and she asked me a couple questions about myself before trying to sell me the job. Turns out, you're basically out on the street working for commission only. It felt like a scam, and the office was dingy and hot. I don't think it's worth your time.

It's a huge turn off when you show up on time for your appointment and are expected to wait over 30 minutes for your appointment. After a half hour I asked one of the interviewers if they were running behind. She said, "a little bit". Unfortunately I am contemplating walking out after reading other reviews and experiencing it for myself. Don't waste your time if you are looking for professionalism and organization.
