Behavioral

Typical behavioral assessment questions, greatest strengths and weaknesses assessment, and analysis of stress and how it impacts you. Applicants are seated around the reception area and check in with the receptionist who will provide a clipboard so as to attach your resume to the back of your application. Depending in the time your schedule appointment is, you may be called in sooner than your appointment time, so be prepared to interview as soon as you're done filling out the paperwork. Once your interview is over, you are free to leave. If selected for a second interview, you will be notified via telephone whether you'll be invited back the next day for a day of observation and second interview.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I applied for the Account Executive role and got a reply the next day. They invited me for an interview. Upon arrival, I had to fill out a form about the position and my desired salary. Then, I interviewed with what seemed to be a manager and a manager in training. They told me they'd let me know if I was good enough for the second round. I got a call back the same day, around 2 PM, inviting me for my second interview the next day at 9 AM to see what the job entails. The next day, I filled out another form (like a disclaimer) and waited. My name was called, and I met a Team Trainer. We went out to the field to get a feel for the job. We took the train (I paid) to Brooklyn, to the HRA Building, where they had a setup with phones to get people to sign up. It was basically sales work. I asked about my requested pay, and they said it's strictly performance-based pay until you become a manager. You make $10 for every person who signs up for a phone. I declined and left, not returning to the office, as it felt like a scam. I wouldn't recommend going for the first interview; it's a waste of time.

Behavioral Other

This was a 3 day interview process, it took a lot of time. I only completed two rounds because it was very misleading. The first interview, I waited over half an hour and was 20 minutes early. The interview lasted only 5 minutes. The second day was to shadow the work. I went to Coney Island in a really run down area and watched two people hand out cell phones. I had to pay for my own transportation, and they wanted us to stand outside for over 4 hours taking notes. The job I applied for was a Customer Service Rep, not a Direct Marketer, so I left. It was very misleading and a waste of my time.

Behavioral Other

I applied for an administrative assistant job but was misled. The first interview went well, and I thought there was potential. I was called back for a second interview the same day, which struck me as odd given the number of candidates. For the second interview, I was supposed to shadow someone for the day. However, after only 30 minutes, I realized this wasn't the job I applied for. They expected me to take the Staten Island Ferry and approach strangers on the street. When I pointed out the discrepancy between this and the job description (which mentioned desk work, calls, and paperwork), they insisted this was the role. It felt manipulative, like they were trying to trick people into a job they didn't apply for. The description clearly stated desk duties, not street-level work. I strongly advise against interviewing here; it seems like a setup.
