Had two pre-employment assessments, then a one way video interview. Followed by a 60 minute two v one final interview. So two total interviews, and it all took less than two weeks! It was an efficient process for both parties.

The interview process started with a proprietary online test used to screen candidates. This test had four parts: a logic section with puzzles and grammar questions, an internet skills section, a software skills section, and a psychometric assessment. Unfortunately, the test didn't evaluate essential people and communication skills, which are critical for an account manager role. A significant bug was also present where scrolling down to view more questions would automatically select a multiple-choice answer, and there was no way to correct a mistaken selection.

the process was super smooth, I always knew where I stood. First, a quick phone screen about my work history and experience. Then, I had an in-person interview with the Director of Account Management and a Sr Account Manager. It was a standard interview with questions about my resume and skills. They mentioned that if I was selected, I would interview with the CEO about a week later. As expected, a week later, I was contacted to schedule that interview. Another week passed, and they called with an offer.
