I interviewed with Crisp about four months back and had a really good candidate experience from start to finish. The hiring team kept the process moving fast and communicated clearly at every step. As others have said, there are several steps and a few assessments, but I found they all served a purpose and gave the team meaningful insights to evaluate me as a candidate. Crisp is definitely selective about who they bring on, and I think that’s reflected in the kind of people who work there; driven, dedicated, and truly high caliber.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My interview with Crisp was super fast, like only 10 days total, but it was one of the most in-depth hiring experiences I've ever had. It included a bunch of assessments and a project where I had to think critically and creatively. What really stood out was how they made the process tough but also really clear. Every step felt like it had a purpose, they communicated really well, and I came away from it feeling both pumped and intrigued about possibly joining Crisp. I think for anyone who's a really good fit for our team, this level of detail and focus on the candidate experience would be awesome and motivating.

the process involved numerous challenging steps, including submitting 20 video questions and a Wonderlic personality test, ultimately resulting in a rejection. The entire process took 6 hours of my time away from my family. I usually avoid project-based assessments, but this experience has made me understand why the position remained open; their evaluation methods are excessive and potentially biased. The company is moving to an RPO model and the role will involve managing a team of offshore recruiters and sourcers. I firmly believe a person's resume should be sufficient on its own. The personality testing seems biased due to the wide spectrum of human personalities and psychological conditions, and the assessment methods tread a fine line. I still haven't received information about the salary range, and I suspect this was the reason for my rejection, as Recruiting Managers should be well-compensated, especially given the expectation of overtime. On a positive note, the staff were all kind, despite their unconventional methods.
