It started with a phone interview, then I had to do some personality and cognitive tests, and finally, I had two in-person interviews. The whole process was super intense and took a lot of my time, but getting the offer made it all worth it. It's wild how thorough they were.

Crisp Video Group has a next-level hiring process. They really looked at my skills and spent time on my application. They even suggested another role (Operations) at their company which I'm way more pleased with!

The interview process was pretty unique. I had to call a number for application directions, then do a bunch of assessments, two phone interviews, an email sales pitch, and finally an in-person interview. They initially had me for one role, but HR suggested a different one they thought I'd be a better fit for, and they were right. It was more aligned with what I wanted. This was the first company that really tried to find the right fit for me within their organization. I didn't take the offer, but it seems like a great company.
