The interview process was quite extensive, spanning 6 rounds. It included a written programming test because the role is quantitative. Following that, there were 5 interview rounds: 3 with CRISIL Managers and 2 with the Client. The interviews covered a range of topics, from guesstimate problems to in-depth financial concepts.

The interview has 3 rounds. The first round is with HR who asks about your CV, experience, why you want to switch, and why CRISIL. The second round is the technical round, where they ask you about market research, ratios, what factors commodities pricing is based on, and how you conduct your research for a particular commodity, checking macros, government regulations, etc. The third round is with the Director, on similar lines.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews: first an aptitude test, then an HR round, and finally a technical round. I got feedback the next day and started working the following week. The process was very smooth and fast. The working atmosphere was good, a nice place to start your career.
