This company needs to get it together. There were two phone interviews and one on-site interview. When I got to my on-site interview, there was no one at the front desk to greet me, and the entire 4th floor looked like a mess. I had to find some random employee to guide me. I interviewed with four people. They were all dressed very unprofessionally, like they were wearing casual clothes for running errands on a Saturday. A few days after my interview, I got an email saying my analytical skills were lacking. I have 13 years of experience as a Senior Production Manager, leading teams domestically and internationally. This company needs to understand that a full-time Product Manager and a full-time Sales Analyst are distinct roles. I wouldn't have accepted the job offer anyway.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through two interviews, first with a recruiter and then with the VP of product. Everything seemed to go well, and they mentioned a follow-up interview would be scheduled. They both mentioned that the hiring process is really thorough and can take a long time, which sounded like a lot. Because I was still at my previous job, I couldn't make the interview time the recruiter suggested. I proposed another time, but then didn't hear back. The time I suggested passed, and I had no idea what was next. A few days later, the recruiter emailed again asking for new time suggestions. I decided not to reply this time and don't plan to. My time is valuable too, even though I'm job hunting. Don't expect me to just drop everything for your disorganized schedule. I could be using that time to look for other opportunities.

Behavioral Other

The interview process is typically about 5-6 rounds. Everyone I met was great and made me feel comfortable. Most rounds were behavioral. There was one round that was a WHO type of interview. It was an intense round where they go through all your jobs, highlights, and lowlights. I really enjoyed the interviews and meeting different people.
