The interview process was pretty time-consuming, taking about four hours over a few different stages. The team seemed really interested and engaged during our talks. But, even with all the time and work put in, I never got any official feedback or rejection. I even sent a polite follow-up email, but still no response. It's understandable if I didn't make the cut, but not hearing back at all after several interviews is a big lapse in professionalism and how they handle the candidate experience. This whole thing kind of gives me a feel for what it might be like to work there.

The process was pretty standard. I got contacted by a recruiter who had some questions about my background. After a few days, she set up another interview for me with the reporting manager and a senior digital marketing manager. This interview was mainly about my experience, focusing more on ideas and innovations than on optimization.

I applied for the Software QA Engineer job and heard from a recruiter that my interview was set up. But, I never actually got an interview call or any email with the details. I waited and checked my inbox (even spam), but nothing from the company. It would have been nice to get an update or at least a heads-up. Good communication is super important in hiring, and this left me unsure about how they do things. I hope they get better at communicating and coordinating for future candidates.

The interview experience was really bad, I was ghosted after rescheduling. The recruiter didn't even call the first time they said they would, so I had to chase them up. During the interview itself, they only asked one question and I ended up interviewing them the entire time. It's weird that companies aren't held accountable for this kind of unprofessional behavior. Don't bother applying here; find a place that shows some respect from the start.
