I applied on the CREXi website and got an email from Dani, the recruiter, to set up a phone screen. I called the same day and then set up a Zoom with the Regional Director, Will, a week later. That got moved to an onsite tour and interview with other directors and some colleagues. Everyone was really nice and asked personal, non-generic questions, and kept me updated on everything. Dani, the recruiter, was super patient with me as I had other offers, but she always responded to my messages and kept me in the loop.
