I started with an HR screening where they asked typical behavioral questions like how I handle tight deadlines and team dynamics. Then, I had a phone interview scheduled with the hiring manager. He was late, so I checked in with HR. HR talked to the hiring manager, and he called me back while driving home. He rescheduled for the next day. The next day, he was again late. He asked a few basic C questions, and then his coworker interrupted to ask if he wanted to get lunch. The hiring manager said yes and asked for 10 minutes. After that, he asked one more question, and the interview ended. In total, I waited over 1.5 hours for a 10-minute interview.
