Saw an ad in the county paper, decided I would apply just for the heck of it. Didn't expect to get the job, didn't really care either. Then met with 2 gentlemen who were face to face asking questions about why I want to be a part of the team and what I had to offer vs other potential employees. Basically it was a chance for them to see that I would be worth my salary.

The initial contact was interesting because of the tech. After submitting my resume in person, I had a quick, general phone screening. Then I was emailed for an in-person interview. The building was nice, the culture is 'nerdy' as they say, and the location is great. The interviewer kept saying there's no growth, which is exactly what I saw as a problem on Glassdoor. So I messed up the rest of the interview and didn't care about the rejection. I guess I was resourceful enough to look into the company's issues.

I had a quick chat with the recruiter, and then later that same day, they set me up for an onsite interview with the Technical Manager for the next week. In that meeting, we talked about my past experiences, my abilities, what I knew about Crestron, and why I wanted to join the company. Then, about two weeks after that, I was called in to interview with the Technical Director, and we covered the same topics. I felt pretty good about it, but I guess I didn't have as much experience as the other candidates.
