Quality Engineer
The interview process is a multi-stage assessment to gauge a candidate's suitability for a role. It includes initial screening, first interview, assessments, second-round interviews, and a final interview, potentially leading to an offer.

Software Engineer
So I applied online for the SDE Intern role at Crest and got an online assessment quickly. After passing that, I got invited for interviews. First up was an Online Assessment (OA) that took 90 mins, with two coding problems (like LeetCode Medium, one on arrays/prefix sums, another on graphs/BFS/DFS) and 10 MCQs about CS basics (DBMS, OS, OOP, DSA). Then I had a 60-minute Technical Interview where I got a dynamic programming question (like House Robber II) and had to implement a Trie for autocomplete. We also did a basic System Design for a URL shortener, covering the database and API. They also asked some behavioral questions like about challenging projects and team conflicts. The last step was a 45-minute Hiring Manager Interview, mostly about my past projects, how I solve problems, my debugging approach, and how I'd fit into Crest's tech stack. I got an offer about a week later. The interviewers were nice and helpful, and they really focused on problem-solving and coding skills. Knowing DSA and system design is pretty important.
- Tell me about how you manage multiple projects that have approaching deadlines.
Site Reliability Engineer
It was a 3-round process. First, a recruiter call where they asked some basic Linux and cloud questions. Then, a technical round which had easy to medium level Linux and cloud questions. They also discussed my resume projects and might have asked some Linux debugging questions. Finally, an HR round with behavioral questions and salary discussions.

- What are your thoughts on easy to medium level Linux and cloud questions?
- Do you have any Linux or network debugging questions?
Senior Node.js Developer
I had 2 rounds. It will take 2 days. Day 1 you will complete the practical round. Once you submit, HR will schedule the Technical interview if the 1st round is clear. After Technical, same day you will get a call if you are selected. 1st round was Practical, 2nd round was Technical (video conference). 2nd Round was quite difficult. Some questions were straightforward and some were on the basis of scenarios. I got selected then I got the call from HR that you are selected and I was very excited to work in that, but then after 2 days they told me our position is closed. Its very strange so, if you are selected then also you can't assure that company will not revoke the position. I told HR that its very strange, so he replied me that the stakeholder revoked the position. He will call in the next 3 months if they have any requirement.
