Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cresol.
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was very good, it went smoothly and was organized. The interviewer conducted the conversation with clarity and friendliness, which made me feel comfortable answering questions. The environment was welcoming, allowing me to show my experiences and knowledge spontaneously. This approach made the moment light, without causing excessive tension or nervousness, which I consider very positive for the candidate to express themselves naturally.
- What are your strengths and areas for development?
Administrative Assistant
The group selection process is quite annoying to go through. I know that for those conducting the interview, there must be a reason for all of it, but for us candidates, it's tedious and exhausting. We waste a morning/afternoon doing somewhat pointless activities without the chance for a real conversation to show our skills.

Administrative Assistant
The interview went smoothly, I was very nervous but the HR person made me feel at ease. I basically talked about myself and my relevant experiences for the role. I then moved on to an interview with the manager, which was also very smooth for me. Everyone was polite. I also discussed myself and my professional background.

- What were the biggest challenges in your last role?
- Could you share something about your personal life?
