I applied for the job through the Cresol website and was excited about the opportunity. I waited about 15 days with no response, so I started looking for other jobs. Two weeks into my new job, I received a WhatsApp message from someone at Cresol saying I had advanced to the next stage: a video call interview. I accepted, but I think if they want to give job opportunities, they should! They shouldn't create false hope. The call lasted almost two hours, and I thought I would get the job. It's wrong to disqualify someone after just one phone interview without explaining why. It was also wrong to take eight days to give a response. I quit my new job because they were going to sign my contract, and I was scared I wouldn't get the Cresol job. After eight days, Cresol finally responded saying I didn't get the job, and now I'm unemployed. They lost an employee because I won't be recommending Cresol to anyone I know. They play with our feelings and expectations.

The hiring process with Gupy took a while, and I was surprised when they contacted me. The first interviewer was really polite, explained the company and job expectations clearly, which made me more excited. However, it didn't feel like a real interview; it seemed like they already had someone in mind and this was just a polite way to introduce me to the company and keep me in their talent pool. Surprisingly, I made it to the Manager/Technical interview. I spent two nights studying and preparing because I was really enthusiastic about the opportunity. When I met with the Manager, I felt it confirmed my suspicion that they had already selected someone but wanted to expand their talent pool. The technical questions were too simple, not challenging at all, and I didn't feel like I was actually being interviewed. The Manager was polite and talked more about the team, but it was clear I had already been rejected and couldn't change their minds. I'm sure this is a great company to work for, but my interview experience felt indifferent. I'm not sure if the goal was to build a talent pool or just fill time, but that's how it felt. It's a shame I didn't get the chance to join the team, but I wish the team and the company all the best; their high Glassdoor rating is deserved.

It was like 3 practical stages. First, a form, kinda long, I think 57 questions, but it was thorough and easy to fill out. Second, an HR chat, which was super chill and great. Lots of talk about the company, its culture, and perks, plus questions about my career path, personal life, education, and hobbies. It lasted about an hour, which felt like good time to get to know each other. Third, an interview with the hiring manager. This one was more technical, with questions and tasks, but also included a discussion about my career goals and aspirations, and more comments on the company and culture. This one was about 1 hour and 20 minutes, also a good amount of time for mutual understanding.

I had a group interview at Cresol in downtown Florianópolis, SC. Beatriz from HR and the agency manager were there, along with four other candidates. The process felt well-organized and considerate of us. They introduced the Cooperative, then asked us to introduce ourselves. We did a quick exercise where we said the first word that came to mind after each question. Afterwards, they called us one by one for individual chats and gave us very positive and straightforward feedback about the process, which I appreciated.
