After applying online, they usually call you right away and schedule an interview while on the phone. If the interview goes well, you'll be asked to go home and complete two online tests. One involves matching symbols (numbers and letters) quickly, and the other is an ethics test. The ethics test is critical, as it's designed to detect dishonesty. For example, it might start with "Have you ever stolen anything in your life?" and later ask "Have you ever stolen anything in your life, even if it was just a pen?" You can't go back to change answers. Other questions gauge honesty, like "If someone was in a room with an expensive object and knew they wouldn't get caught stealing it, would they?" with options a) yes b) no c) unsure. Many people incorrectly choose 'b', but the interviewers believe that if someone is considering stealing, they can't definitively say 'no'. They infer that choosing 'b' means you're just telling them what they want to hear.
- Do you know what the job involves?
Sales Account Manager
It was a mix of formal and informal, casual, but good overall. They were clear with information. We started with informal introductions and chatting, then a few formal questions. It was a good experience with good chemistry with the interviewers. I got a good overview of the company culture. We had a good conversation about family and work experience.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strength and your biggest weakness?
Customer Service Representative
It was basically a phone interview, but I didn't move on to the in-person because of how they acted. The interviewer said they didn't need someone who would go to HR for every little thing.
- Tell me about your experience handling customers via phone.

This was an easy interview process. It was a one-on-one with the recruiter, and I got referred by an existing employee. They want to know if you are competitive and can be an asset. There's also a lift test and a drug screening. I think the lift test is the hardest part of the job. It simulates carrying beer, from 18-packs to 80 lb kegs, at a physical therapy center.
- Are you competitive?
