I applied online for the Risk Analyst II role on the Fraud team and heard back from a recruiter within a week. The entire process involved four rounds: an initial HR screening, a discussion with the hiring manager, a meeting with the VP of Fraud, and finally, a session with the senior leadership team. Interestingly, after completing three rounds and being informed about the fourth, the HR representative mentioned they were closing the position with candidates who had reached the final stage. Despite completing all four rounds, I was ultimately rejected. What's peculiar is that the position has remained open for about four months since then. It makes me wonder if they actually hire people or just conduct interviews without a clear timeline, as this seems to be a pattern for many roles they advertise, staying open for extended periods without being filled.

It was just a phone call, and then a 30-40 minute interview with the hiring team. They asked basic behavioral questions about my strengths and weaknesses. I was also advised to prepare for SQL questions since the bank uses SAS, which is similar to SQL.
