Sales Representative
Had a phone call where they asked general questions, but I was ignored repeatedly and am more than qualified for the position. But yet they knew they were going to hire within anyway with someone less qualified. Why does this happen
- Can you tell me about your sales numbers?
Sales
Had a great experience, the people were friendly and down-to-earth, really good vibe. Went through a phone interview, then a one-on-one, followed by a panel interview, and then a presentation and role play. It was thorough and challenging, but not awful. The panel interview was a long one, at least 2 hours, with several execs and the hiring manager asking stuff. Having experience in lending or the car business would definitely help for the interview and the job. It seems like a great place to work with good people and benefits.
- Tell me about your experience in lending.
- Tell me about your experience in the car business.
- Describe a situation where you had to deal with a difficult customer.
Sales
The recruiter was really nice on the first call, but then she no-showed for the next interview. She sent me an email 5 minutes after the no-show, turning me down, saying the hiring manager already hired someone. The hiring manager and recruiter were not on the same page at all. The recruiter stated they were hiring up to 5 people. Not truthful on hiring process at all.
- Can you describe the territory you managed in your last role?
