Started with a phone screening from HR, then a secondary interview with HR. Next, there were two online assessments: one was a personality test with brain teasers, and the other was a call center simulation. The final interview was with a panel of supervisors. This involved a review of my resume, then each supervisor asked situational questions using the STAR method, and finally, a role-play simulating a typical scenario for the job. Based on reviews, the supervisors seemed disengaged, just reading questions and recording answers without much interaction.

So first, you have this phone call that's like 30 minutes, they go over the job and ask some behavioral questions. Then, you do this long online logic and reasoning test and some call simulations, takes about an hour and a half. If you do well, they'll schedule you for an in-person panel interview with 3-4 supervisors. They seem pretty uninterested in you personally and just want you to answer their questions (lots of 'what would you do' and 'tell me about a time when') the way they want. They might even be rude. Then there's a simulated call in the panel interview. They want you to think about what YOU can do for the customer, like re-reviewing documents or asking for their client's number. They want you to be friendly but not just approve the loan. Oh, and you have to work every other Saturday and 60-70 hours a week from February to April.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied online and got an email for a phone interview. The HR person was really nice and the call went well. They sent me a link for an online assessment. After that, I was asked to schedule an in-person panel interview for the next week. I met with three people who did a really structured interview with behavioral questions. They didn't give much feedback, just asked questions and wrote my answers. Then we did a role play scenario. I left feeling like I wouldn't want to work with them, they seemed defensive when I asked questions.
