The interview process was smooth and it's a great pleasure working with the recruiter throughout the process. After I applied online, the recruiter reached out to me and scheduled interviews in a timely fashion. All interview steps and requirements were clearly communicated. The whole interview process I went through was professional and well organized.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process began with a phone call from HR, followed by a phone discussion with the hiring manager. Next, I took an IQ/Intelligence and Personality Test from Caliper Corp, which surprisingly contained many IQ questions. After that, I never heard back. When I inquired, another interview was scheduled with a project manager. Finally, without any explanation or feedback, I was told I didn't get the position. I felt it was a waste of time given the 2-3 week engagement.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was pretty organized and laid out, happening in several parts so it wasn't too much at once. It started with a message on LinkedIn. After we connected, we set up a call where they introduced the company and the job to see if I was interested. Since we both seemed keen, a video meeting was scheduled. The recruiter on the video call was really nice, professional, and ready for it. I guess I made a decent impression because she said she'd move me forward. Then I had a couple of assessments to check my technical skills. I apparently did okay on those, which led to a meeting with the hiring manager. In that video meeting, he went over the technical side of the job, and I talked about my previous work. We seemed to click, and he was friendly and won me over. He gave his feedback to the recruiter, and then came another assessment focusing on behavioral aspects. Plus, the recruiter threw in an IQ test, which was quite challenging and fun. After that, I got to meet the hiring manager's boss. Like the others, this person was also very friendly and engaging, asking some really thoughtful questions. I was impressed by how detailed the whole process was; they really wanted to cover all bases. It made me feel good, knowing the company values the quality and fit of their candidates. Throughout, the recruiter was considerate of my time, always offering several time options for the next interviews.
