After I applied, the first thing was this informal phone chat, I think they just wanted to see if I was really into it. It was a recruiter, and they passed me along for an interview at the office. A few days later, I got a call that was technically a second phone interview, but it was mostly to set up a time to come in. The in-person interview was quick and straight to the point with the important questions. They asked me to send some more stuff after that, but then I got an offer the next week, so it was worth it.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied for an entry-level gig and heard back from HR pretty quick, maybe within a week. We chatted for about 20 minutes - it was a nice conversation - and they asked me a few things. Then they said they'd let me know in two business days if they wanted to move forward with an in-person interview. I got a call the very next day, which was great, and set up the in-person interview for the following week. That interview had a writing part and then a pretty long in-person chat. The interviewer was super nice, which made it way less scary than I expected. We clicked so well that after we finished and I did some paperwork, they offered me the job right then and there.

Behavioral

I heard from a recruiter who found my resume and applied online after a call with him. A few days later, another recruiter called to schedule an in-person interview for the following week. Both recruiters were pleasant to talk with, and our conversations about Credible, their mission, and values easily extended beyond the expected time. The in-person interview was standard: I completed some paperwork and then spoke with the hiring manager. I can't recall the exact questions, but they were typical for this type of role, focusing on my strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for the position. A couple of days later, I received a call with an offer. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and easygoing, making me happy to accept.
