It was a pretty long process, like 4 months from when I applied to when they offered me the job. All the interviews were pretty chill and relaxed. They just wanted to get to know me and see if I was really interested in staying with the company for a while.

I got this interview through an employee who's pretty high up in the company. They even "coached" me on what to say, so I thought I had a really good shot at moving forward. But on the day of the interview, I met with a different HR person, not the one I was expecting with the big recommendation. The interview itself felt okay, but after a few weeks of no news, my employee referral found out I didn't have enough experience. I guess that's their way of saying they didn't like me. My advice is to be ready for typical HR questions, and always say you want to be an agent, no matter what, and make them believe it. They see a lot of college grads who don't actually want to be agents, so if you give them the impression you're not looking to stick around long-term, they'll probably pass on you.
