First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Creative Artists Agency.
Intern
I had two rounds of interviews and the overall process felt smooth and straightforward. The first round was with a recruiter over Zoom and focused on my background, interest in the role, and general fit. It was conversational and covered typical screening questions like past experience, why I was interested in the company, and long-term goals. The second round was also via Zoom and was with two agents. This interview went a bit deeper into my relevant experience and how I handle fast-paced environments, multitasking, and communication with clients or talent. They asked mostly standard behavioral questions and a few situational ones about problem-solving and prioritization. The tone was professional but not intimidating.
- In what ways does your background align with the requirements of this position?
Intern
It was a data role. Started with a recruiter call, then two interviews where we talked a lot about my resume. It was really well put together and didn't have any technical tests, focusing more on my experience.
- Can you share an instance where you undertook responsibilities beyond your typical role?
- Tell me about a situation where you managed a team conflict.
- What's your understanding of CAA?
Intern
There were 2 interview rounds: one with HR and another with someone from the division I was applying to. The division I was applying to was changed randomly during the process. The communication was unclear and confusing.
- Can you describe a time you resolved a conflict in a team?
