I went through 5 rounds of interviews, even though I was originally told there would only be 4. The extra interview made me feel optimistic, but it didn't lead to an offer. The final interview was presented as a casual chat, which is confusing now since they were still deciding. The job duties changed midway through the process, and they postponed their decision. Looking back, these seem like red flags I missed because I was so eager about the job. It was a bit unprofessional to get a rejection email after five rounds and meeting several people in person, but I guess that's common with large companies.

Behavioral Technical

It was an easy initial interview, but kind of confusing. They used a lot of industry-specific language that made it hard to understand if you weren't already in the entertainment business. I really wished I had a cheat sheet for some of the agent slang.

It was a pretty chill chat all the way through. Started with a call from HR, then I spoke with the agent. The HR questions were like the usual basic stuff, but talking to the agent felt more like we were just seeing if we'd vibe, you know, a personality fit kind of thing.
