The interview process was very welcoming, everyone was friendly and approachable, which made me feel like there's a strong company culture. In each step, I got an introduction and an overview of the role and the company, which helped me feel more comfortable.

I applied for a role at CAA and heard back about three weeks later for an initial 30-minute HR Teams call. It was a friendly and informative chat, felt natural, and was a good intro to the company and the role. About a week after that, I interviewed with a Director for an hour. We went over past projects and my experience and why I wanted to join CAA. The whole thing from applying to the first interview took about four weeks. Then, it was almost three weeks waiting for an update. I had to follow up with HR a few times. The wait felt long, but they were clear and respectful about timelines and next steps, even with delays. After waiting, HR called to reject my application, about seven weeks after I first applied. They said they wanted someone with more hands-on experience and would reach out if a better-fitting role opened up. The process was long and felt like a waste of time, though the interviews were professional and the feedback was helpful.

HR contacted me super fast after I applied but then ghosted me. When we finally reconnected, she didn't remember our chat or what she was supposed to do next.
