First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CRB.
Engineer
After the initial chat with HR, there are two interviews lined up. The first one is with the team working on the project, and the second one is with the Director. HR will share the names of your interviewers beforehand.

Project Engineer
The interview process was very casual and the people were super nice. It consisted of one screening round and one real interview. They responded within two days after the final interview, being flexible to accommodate my school schedule.
- How would you go about improving the process for project teams?
Project Engineer
I applied online and heard back from a recruiter in about 1-2 weeks. My first call with the recruiter was great, and they scheduled a second call with some managers and someone in the role. That interview also went really well. The first 30 minutes were focused on management and experience questions, and the last 30 minutes were for my questions. They seem to really emphasize their "core values." Unfortunately, I was ghosted by the company afterward. The recruiter only responded after I emailed her multiple times two weeks later, saying they were "re-evaluating the position and its responsibilities but still considering me." I waited three more weeks, then called and left a voicemail, but got no response. I'm very disappointed in the lack of integrity shown by CRB, as I expected much more from them.
- Can you share an example of a project that succeeded and one that failed?
