I had two interviews with Crazy Maple Studio, one in August for a Junior Compositor position and another in November for a Video Editor role. Sadly, both times I was ghosted after doing a test for the second job, which was editing three reels. The hiring process felt super unprofessional, and the salary offer was low for a California-based job. On the bright side, their HR said they sponsor visas.

The interview process started with a Zoom call, which went well, but there were two more interviews to go. The second interview required me to come into the office to edit a short piece. I completed the editing task, followed by a 30-minute interview. Unfortunately, I didn't advance to the next stage, but it was alright since the work wasn't something I wanted to pursue long-term.

So first, we had a phone interview. Then, if that went well, they asked me to come in for an editing test. I had one hour to finish it. After the test, there was an in-person interview with five people all in the same room.
