So I was a sales associate first at Crazy 8, which wasn't too hard since I'd worked at Gymboree before. They asked me if I wanted to be a sales lead after about two months. I had to interview with my district manager on the phone about the lead role and responsibilities.

I was in store promotion. I feel that since I have 29 years of experience, I should have been worth more money, especially due to the company's unrealistic expectations! Interview process was inappropriate. Interviewer asked illegal questions and wanted me to rat out management that didn't follow the policies! As if that is ever appropriate in an interview.
