This was one of the worst interview process I’ve ever had starting from start to finish so I was scheduled for the last final interview and four days away from the last and final interview they sent me an email saying that the position has been filled after scheduling an in person meeting for Monday. the reason why I feel like that they sent that is because they wanted me to go on a Tuesday while I I did let them know that I’m not available on Tuesday but I’m available Monday, Wednesday or Thursday and Tuesday and Friday does not work for me so I gave him different options but I guess they didn’t like it so they sent that email.

The whole interview process probably took about a month. First, I had a video interview. Then, I went through two phone interviews. After that, they sent me an online assessment that seemed to be about personality and general knowledge (I'm still not totally sure what that was for). Then, there was another phone interview where I spoke with more team members and leaders. Finally, I had a clinic visit.

Behavioral Technical Case

The whole thing from applying to getting the offer took just over a week and had 3 interviews plus an Excel test. I applied online and then had a phone interview. After that, I was set up for a formal interview with 2 HR people and a supervisor, which felt pretty standard. Then I got an Excel assessment to do and send back in an hour, which involved making graphs, pivot tables, and looking at some data. I got called back for a final interview with the CFO and a supervisor, and they gave me an offer the same day. The Excel part was likely the toughest bit, but it wasn't overly hard.

Behavioral Technical

I don't usually do this, but I wanted to share because my experience was so great. Two things really stood out about the HR team. First, they communicated really well and were kind and respectful. They didn't waste my time or leave me hanging. They moved quickly to schedule interviews and let me know promptly if I wasn't moving forward. Second, they really took the time to look at my resume before calling me. In the software/IT world, things can feel impersonal and rushed, but I felt they respected my time by asking questions relevant to my background. I had just one interview. The questions were about my experience and how it fit the role, including some about challenges I'd faced in previous jobs.
